CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE

INGREDIENTS

•2 cups all-purpose flour
•1 teaspoon baking soda
•¼ teaspoon salt
•¾ cup brown sugar
•½ cup butter
•2 eggs, beaten
•2 ⅓ cups mashed overripe bananas

DIRECTIONS

•Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the brown sugar and butter until smooth. Add the eggs and mashed bananas, blending everything together well. Gently combine the banana mixture with the flour mixture, stirring until just incorporated. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
