INGREDIENTS:
300g of all-purpose flour
3 eggs
60 g sugar
200 ml of milk
1 pot of plain yogurt (125 g)
60 ml of oil
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)
Directions:
- In a bowl mix the eggs with the sugar.
- Then add the vanilla sugar.
- Also combine oil, yogurt, milk, flour and yeast.
- Mix well until you have a homogeneous batter.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Heat the pan and cook the pancakes.
