Ingredients :
2 ribeye steaks, about 1-inch thick
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley , chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Directions :
Season the steaks with salt , pepper , and Cajun seasoning .
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare , or until desired doneness .
Remove steaks from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic, onion, and red bell pepper. Sauté until onion is translucent.
Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes .
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is creamy.
Stir in parsley and lemon juice, then return the steaks to the skillet, coating them in the sauce.
Serve steaks with shrimp and sauce spooned over the top .
