INGREDIENTS
- 350 grams Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- A pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 150 ml Kefir
- 80 ml oil
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Toasted almonds & Cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
● Mix egg, sugars, salt, kefir, and oil.
● Add flour and baking powder, mix into a dough.
● Roll dough into balls, coat with cane sugar.
● Place on a baking sheet, flatten slightly.
● Bake at 180°C for 12-15 mins until golden.
